The brand was conceived over a dinner table conversation amongst close friends. With the vision of delivering memorable food experiences and not just delivering food, the founders wanted to revive the lost legacies of culinary practices like dum, chargrilling, slow-cooking and artisanal tandoor baking. Those initial conversations led to a more defined plan, and after securing backing from their friends in the investment banking industry, Biryani Central was set in motion.
